General requirements on all loans:

Borrower & Shareholder Details: Full name, three-year address history, date of birth, and email address.

Homeowner Status: Indication of borrower homeownership, along with property value and outstanding mortgage.

Credit & Background Information: Disclose any CCJs, IVAs, bankruptcies, defaults, late payments, adverse media, or criminal convictions.

Consent to Search: Each borrower will receive a consent request for necessary credit and background checks.

Additional requirements based on loan types:

Each loan product has specific documentation requirements, such as:

Tax & Business Loans: Bank statements (3-6 months), latest full set of accounts, proof of liability, and business use of funds.
Property & Asset Finance: Valuation reports, mortgage details, tenant leases, and business financials.
Merchant Cash Advances & Invoice Finance: Merchant ID, payment processor details, outstanding debtor reports, and open banking access.
Solicitor & Professional Funding: Fee reports, aged debt statements, professional indemnity insurance details, and firm specialisations.
